Everything. It was like we had an apartment with a door man in NY Financial District.
Maybe a sliding door for the bathroom. You had to stand beside the toilet to open/close the door to the bathroom and to get into the shower.

Breakfast was great, location was fantastic. We would book this again
The sofa bed, the mattress was too thin and had to get another mattress to be placed over. Staff were very accommodating and sorted out the issue straight away. My son was very happy and very comfortable after that.

The property is in a great location. The staff were very helpful. The room was ideal for our stay and the bath room was spacious and clean.
Breakfast times were very busy. There wasn’t enough seating.

Easy to go from and to anywhere
I was in the fourth floor, and it was super loud at night. Anything going on outside you could hear it through our window.
