The staff was excellent in every way. A big shout out to one staff member in particular. Amisha at the front desk helped secure a medication that I forgot at home. She spent personal travel time helping me with this. I actually stayed four nights instead of one that was originally scheduled. There was absolutely no problems with this hotel.
I hate to complain because the place was excellent. One minor irritation was that the bathroom and shower were connected. This means that when you showered, the floor was wet for a while until either you use a towel to dry it off or just waited.

The staff were wonderful and attentive. My room was spacious, the water hit and the view from my window breathtaking.
There was nothing to get upset about. Breakfast was simple but quite adequate. Clouds obscured my view of the Annapurnas on two occasions but I'm sure staff would have done something about that had they been able.

A minute or two to Pewa lake. Great customer service as well. Note that since it’s near Pewa lake, you can hear loud music playing from the bars close to the lake. But I could still fall asleep cause the room is comfortable enough. Breakfast was great as well. Overall enjoyed our experience.
