The admin kept wanting to charge us, even we requested for extra towel.
I chose this unit bencause the houca can accomodate 14 pax (despite it was just 8 of us).
When I told the admin that I needed one towel (towel no 9 ), she said it will be charged since the booking was done for 3 pax only!
You serious???? How can I booked an aprtment that big for just 3 people? I followed booking.com details saying that tge house is for 14 ppl.
Her name is alister tan if not mistaken. Each time I called her, she never pick up phone. She just whatsapp.
Because of that, I returned back the towel. Disappointing!
And she kept chasing me for the checkout! Asking me in the group even its not check out time
