The location was just a 2 minute walk to Paragon mall. The kitchen was well supplied w pans, oil, utensils, etc. There was filtered water on each floor. The room was clean. They have a convenient luggage room for storing luggage if needed. Guests were quiet.
The bathrooms and floors could have been a bit cleaner. They were cleaned every day but quickly became dirty. There could have been more plates and silverware in the kitchen

Room was clean although smaller than expected. The fact that we couldn’t see the pictures of the room beforehand made it difficult to gauge what we’re getting. Location was great, near the mall, with lots of options for food.
The fact that no one manned the place made it hard to get things done and to monitor the place. When we got there our private bathroom had no toilet paper. When we contacted the person who gave us the check in information, we got zero response. Thankfully there’s another person to be contacted and she was great. In the middle of the night (about 2-4 in the morning) some guests with their children were taking showers and talking very loudly, which disturbed our sleep.
