The layout, the closeness to all amenities. The decor.
Unfortunatley plates were dirty and dishwasher hadnt been cleaned, but everywhere else was lovely

Was nice and easy to find and has all amenities there for us to use when arrived and the welcome basket upon arrival was just the perfect touch! The beds were so comfy too!

Great central location
After a 2 1/2 hour drive we arrived to find no basic provisions that we would have expected, I was especially disappointed by the lack of ANY toilet paper, sugar and coffee.
The slats on the main bed fell out on the first night and I have to repair it myself.
There is no lock on the bathroom door, plus it was very difficult to close.
One of the supplied towels had a large stain on it.
We had to clean some of the glasses before we could use them as they were dirty.
The ironing board had no cover on it.
A sign on the entry gate saying Ladybird Cottage would be useful.
