The breakfast was good.

Lovely cottage with everything provided. Excellent location for easy access to town and sea front.
Basket of fruit and bottle of prosecco were a lovely touch. Private parking space was a bonus. Beds were so comfortable, shower was good and garden was a lovely outdoor space.
There was nothing to dislike!!

Awesome location. Excellent facilities. Easy key collection. Cleanliness. Overall, a beautiful holiday home for the week.
Only because I have messy children and washing machine would have been useful!

The location was idyllic , a lovely view down to the sea at the front , and the beautiful old St Edmund’s Church behind the back garden.
The enclosed garden was charming , and so convenient for the dog, very safe.
The bathroom was particularly well appointed , good positioning of grab rail , good lighting etc.
Good choice of very comfortable beds .
Delightful views from all the windows .
Locating the bungalow and the parking by the garage was challenging at the start of the holiday . Perhaps a hand-drawn map with photos of the landmarks in relation to the church might be useful.
