Pi’s Boutique Sapa

The staff are so nice! Shout out to Kiv, he definitely deserves a raise! He was so nice to all of us. All of them are very welcoming and always smiling.

Everything was amazing food was lovely as were the staff, room was spacious and clean, they allowed us to store bags for an entire day on the last day free of charge as our bus wasn’t until late at night, brilliant location close to things like sapa station and other great food when your not eating in the restaurant.

Close to the Square and only 650M from the lake and then not much further to the town and great local market the location is very good. The room was ok, no chairs on the balcony and a TV that did not plug into the wall. The complimentary off menu breakfast was good on weekdays but over the busy weekend became a Vietnamese buffet. The staff have little to no understanding of English but try very hard to get things right. Over all I fell the hotel is let down by managements attention to requirements as a side the TV other things stated as being in the room like wardrobe were not available. We questioned the TV and were told it simply didn’t work. As mentioned the staff did everything they could to get things right and brought us chairs for the balcony and additional bedding.
