8 / 10Excellent·juin 2026
Overall a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were spacious and they cleaned them well daily. The location is excellent, right beside the lake and a few minutes walk into the heart of sapa village. The only downside was the bed which was not comfortable - I could feel the springs - and the pool wasn't clean, although it's not exactly swimming weather atm (mid 20'). Staff were excellent and breakfast was decent with lots of fruit and cooked options

Nice hotel but moon (receptionist) made our life very easy from booking local site scene tickets and booking taxi in very reasonable price. Thank you moon
