It was suitable for our purposes and they accommodated an early check-in because we arrived early. They had parking tickets for guests. The proximity to a good sized supermarket was great.

Five minute walk to local shops and only Ten mins to Chadwell Heath tube. Ground floor property, comfortable with parking space outside ( Permit controlled).
No one to meet us on arrival, but key for property easy to obtain.

Great little house, good value and very convenient in every sense. Would highly recommend!
We could hear the people walking around upstairs. There wasn't any noise though so no real problems.

Very good location, close to metro station & bus to city centre.
Good communication with the owner.
Cleanliness could be improved.
