The staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave us a bottle of water on arrival. The room itself was great. Great shower and bathroom in general. There was a kettle too. No breakfast provided. The property is well positioned.
The street noise was constant. No breakfast. No cups. Not much sleep!

I stayed here for the Napoli vs Arsenal match and I enjoyed my stay here, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful I even had to check in late and Sabrina sent me easy instructions how to access the hotel and my room, the facilities were really good and room was clean, location was perfect as was within walking distance to the port area of the city and the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely come back in the future if return to Naples.

Nice and central ….. big rooms
Reception not always manned had to wait 30 mins for someone to pitch up to give me the key. Left early in the morning so no where to leave the key … so just left it in the room and shut the door

Amazing location.
Large rooms. Clean.
The room decoration did not look like on the pictures.
The rooms are not soundproofed despite what said on booking.
