Amazing gym, incredible views. The restaurant is expensive. Staff is very cordial. I loved the location

Well I have stayed in nice hotels before but I've never stayed in a hotel this luxurious, beautifully decorated with art and water features in the lobby, two lovely rooftop pools and a nice gym. I felt like this is a hotel were rock stars stay! My room was lovely, with air conditioning, especially wonderful during the heatwave. Turn over service everyday. I only paid for breakfasts while there and the presentation of everything from the drinks to the food was exquisite, as was the food. The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly, always available to ring you a taxi or recommend a place to eat. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Naples.

The room was sleek and clean. The lights shut themselves off, which is green -- and great -- but the lights over the sink stayed on, making it a little annoying (luckily I had a sleep mask). We had an early flight, so I can't comment on the breakfast.

We were in Naples to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and staying at this hotel was our best choice. This hotel is top notch on everything!!! Very good room services, fantastic front desk service, amazing spa, beautiful infinity pool etc. They upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of Champagne for our anniversary. The a la carte breakfast was delicious at the Michelin star restaurant!! We really loved this hotel and will definitely come back!!!
