- the layout of the room.
- the mirror size and storage
- comfortable and clean!
- the location and safe neighbourhood
Could have had a smart tv (but this is very minor)

Excellent location close to everything in walking distance . Room was clean and today . Staff was excellent and very helpful .
Bathroom shower didn’t drain well and over filled very quickly . Little mouldy and dirty in the bathroom but liveable for a few nights .
The walls are very very thin so you hear everything that your neighbors are sayin and doing so be sure to pack earplugs

Location was great. Plenty of restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance.
WiFi and Internet connectionnot working for 4 days. Room not cleaned for first two days. Central heating for bathroom towel radiator did not work after first day. No sound proofing, people next door could be heard and toilet flushing from adjacent bathroom could be heard. Many things listed as being available in the room were not present.
