Cozy cabin with everything you need! Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.

Love the design and size of this cabin- the glass garage door opening between the living space and the screened porch is a winner as is the swing bed on the porch. The cabin was clean and covered basic needs very well. A couple things to note - turn around room for parking is really tight for a large suv. There is a good bit of road noise when you are in the porch area. Communication was via email in VRBO only, so when we could not get the fireplace to turn on, and when the oven would not heat up properly, it took awhile to get support and the support did not seem to know the details of the specific property we were at. For instance, They told us to open the fireplace bottom panel and follow the instructions to start it. The fireplace panel had a sign on it, obviously added by the host, that said 'do not open' and someone had added a screw to keep it shut. After I wrote back about this detail, the support answered my question in the same way they had already told me. We had the same type of interaction on the oven. The cabin would benefit from having instructions and a phone number for support in their notebook.

The cabin was great. It was clean, communication through the app was simple and quick. They own the cabin next to this one, and there is a beautiful creek by that cabin. They were nice enough to allow us to go down next to that cabin to access the creek. Our kids and dog had a blast playing in that creek. There is a busy road behind the cabin, but it was not noisy inside the cabin at all. It was only mildly noticed when outside by the firepit or on open porch. There was beautiful hiking nearby, there’s not much as far as a town or grocery, so just make sure you have what you need or expect to drive 25 ish minutes. I do wish they had a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the cabin. They need more dishes, as we did not have enough without washing right after using one. Overall, we loved this cabin and would absolutely stay again.
