• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 6 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Pets: Pets are welcome (up to 2) with a $150 fee. As a gentle reminder, please keep pets off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs, so we can maintain a clean and comfortable space for all guests. Any pet hair, dander, or damage found on linens or furniture may result in additional cleaning or replacement fees.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: At checkout, please place all trash in the designated cans near the garage or in the dumpster.
