Location is really nice. Close to the Tower Bridge and other turistic points. Region is well served by bus and Underground metro. There is also a big Tesco market for less than a 1km from the hotel. I was impressed with the level of the details provided by the host to help on any step since days before the checkin and during the stay by proactively guiding us (remotely) to some places to eat, visit, groceries, etc. Very kind and polite.

The mattress from the double bed was a bit uncomfortable, but only this was the issue for me.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Excellent value for money and easy to find. Being close to central London it had a bus service within walking distance.

There was no indication on Booking.com that we would have to jump through so many hoops with the property owners. As a business I booked for two of my employees working in the area. Very last minute we were hit with queries about driving licenses, passport, proof of address deposits etc. Because I work in remote locations this information didn't get through to me until close to arrival date and eventually after much too-ing and fro-ing, we provided what they needed to release the key code so that my team could enter the flat. Their communication was rather "snippy" instead of helpful. According to my employee staying there: "The block it was in wasn't the safest and was very dirty (door always left open so anyone could get in, mold and peeling paint in the walkway). They also say they will try to accommodate late checkout (10am is very early, it's normally 11am) but did not reply to any of my messages. I ended up being out of there a bit after 10, then received a message at 12pm saying "no" - two hours after I had left". As I said, poor communication
