Super welcoming staff in the center of the city

. This place is in a fantastic location, really close to the city centre, which makes it easy to explore most places on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were always greeted with the warmest smiles whenever we saw them. During check-in, Catia not only showed us around the property but also took the time to walk us through where to go, what to see, and what we should do during our stay, which was such a lovely touch. The free breakfast churros were delicious! The washrooms were clean and well maintained, and the ones on the third floor offered plenty of privacy, which we really appreciated. They also organise events every day, making it easy to meet and interact with other people staying there and creating a really nice social atmosphere. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here!

A lot pf stairs which personally did not bother me but fyi there are up to 100 stairs if you are on the top floor The light in the hall stays up all night. So when going to the bathroom at 4am, it is a bit tough. I would suggest putting up a dimmer light There was an issue with one of the bathrooms and repairs were ongoing at 00:30…. It is not very considerate and would recommend doing such things during the day.

Safe, friendly staff, delicious churros in the morning. People tend to respect the rules (e.g. quiet time during sleeping hours). The vibe of the hostel is definitely on the “young” side. There are also activities to help you socialise.

The beds in the dorm felt a little “exposed” as there are no curtains. A lot of the bathrooms were also out of order and I had to go to different floors to find (and needing to wait several times) for an available one. There’s also no shampoo or soap so you need to BYO.
