Relais 12bis B&B

The location was great, 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The building is secure and immaculate. The staff and the breakfast was very good. When there was phone difficulties calling for a cab to the airport, Dimitri jumped on a bicycle and retrieved a cab for us. We definitely recommend staying here!!!

It was our first time in Paris and we booked this location based off reviews and let me say they did not disappoint. The place looked exactly like the photos. The location was literally a 4 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 12 minutes taxi to great shopping locations. Gabrielle (I hope I spelled that correctly) was kind and shared tips on travel and safety and even packed us a few items to take with us for our early morning flight. For 3 adults and 1 7 year old it was perfect. We will be booking again.

The location alone is enough for this to be a wonderful stay… however: the stunning rooms, updated amenities, breakfast service and friendly team taking care of the guests make it exceptional. We had the best time and wish we didn’t have to leave. The folks running Relais 12bis B&B go above and beyond to make your stay easy, personal and a trip to remember.

Amazing old style apartment building close to Eiffel Tower and many great cafes and restaurants. I usually book hotels and this is a BnB but I was able to contact Phillipe when our flight was changed close to the stay with a 5.30 am arrival to gain access at 8am. Photos don't do justice to the magnificent interior designed furnishings and spacious bathroom with beautiful toiletries and the largest towels. It is all very special, Bed is very comfortable. I thought I had booked a twin bed, but the large king sized gave lots of space for my sister and I. By the time we arrived late in the afternoon after early check in and leaving our luggage until 3 pm check in staff had gone and we were so tired we were fine. Breakfast is very special with freshy squeezed orange juice, fresh croissants and bread and eggs cooked if desired, smoked salmon, small tomatoes and bocconcini. Delicious. Beautiful crockery. There is a fridge for guests to store food in, and wine glasses provided if you wanted to have a drink in the lounge. Cold bottles of water and canned drinks are complimentary. We absolutely loved our stay in the elegant surrounds and felt very pampered. Staff is very friendly and helpful, It is very special
