The location and the building
1. Our room was supposed to have a queen size bed. It was a double bed, not queen size. 2. The mattress was too hard (and uncomfortable) 3. The inn description did not mention that there was NO elevator. No help was available upon arrival to help us carry luggage to the top floor, even though all guests on that day were elderly. 4. Breakfast included omelet. No vegan option was available when I asked for a vegetable omelette.

Both mornings,breakfast was outstanding-fresh.delicious, andbeautifully prepared. We couldn"t have asked for a better start to each day.
The only concern we had was the step into the Jacuzzi tub to take a shower. It is quite high and could be challenging, especially for anyone with mobility concerns. A walk in shower would make the bathroom much safer and more accessible. It was not a challenge for us

The location is lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. The inn itself was quiet at night.
The breakfast was somewhat disappointing. A homemade muffin would have been better, maybe a choice of muffins.

The staff was fantastic, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is walkable to the main downtown strip, but it’s not well-lit, and there aren’t sidewalks on all blocks.
It’s in need of some major updates, especially for the price they’re changing. The bathroom was very worn, and the main floor has that unpleasant old house odor.
