The host is very hospitable and is promptly responding to any of your queries.
They kept my luggage post checkout, gave me an early checkin for a very nominal fee, very clean bathroom, provided me kettle on my demand. I can come easily come around 10 , 11 pm as main door keys is also given with my room key.
A bit far from the east ham station, had to walk 1.5 km with my luggage. Few noises sometimes if we are teleworking from host family.

The property was nice and clean, the facilities were good, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. You can order a breakfast at a time of your choosing for £15. There is a good selection of food and drink and you can enjoy it in the open plan kitchen with the family, who are very lovely and friendly.
The only slight negative is the location, which may be a bit far out for travellers wanting to be close to the centre. It’s about a 10 min walk from the tube station, however the host offered to drive me to the station when I left and it’s still only about a 20 min tube journey from Central London.
