Hotel Campagnola

Nice decor of bedrooms, all new, AC, very comfortable beds. Nice breakfast with great coffee. A really lovely and helpful lady at the reception. Always offered help. Very kind. Bouncy castles for kids make a great addition to the stay if travelling with kids.

All very good. Location is 35 min walk to Bastion but we knew it is not in city centre. Definitely worth being outside of busy Riva

The hotels location was good of you do not require being in the city center. We used it as a base for day trips around the region.

The only time I saw a staff member smile, was when we were checking out, maybe they should consider a new work place. There was mold on our shower head, I will share a Pic. Breakfast on Sunday was out of eggs every time I went to get some. Breakfast was exactly the same everyday, fresh out of the can. There was a wonderful fresh market across the street where you could get fresh fruits and vegetables but it must be much easier to take the easy way.overall, I would say this place had the least pleasant people I have encounted in all of my experiences in Italy, except for Naples. Also on Saturday night, I went to the front desk, the guy looked at me 3 times but continued to message on his phone. When I finally knocked. He yelled at me not to knock. The chances of me staying at this hotel again -3 out of 10.
