Location was great for us. Apartment had everything we needed.
The washing machine on the ground floor was a nice surprise - not expensive and easy to use.
The apartments have been refurbished and it was perfect for us. Balcony over looking the Marina and the lake was lovely.
Exterior of the building is ready for a refurb but they are planning to do this soon. Don't let this put you off.

The location was fine, Riva del Garda is a small town so we could walk to the centre in about 25 minutes. The facilities in the room were okay, and the staff replied quickly to any questions. The aircon worked great.
We arrived pretty late at night after a full day of travel and got the key from a lock box because the reception was closed. When we went to take a shower, the drain was clogged and water went everywhere. My boyfriend had to clean and unclog it - which should have been done before we arrived. The bed was wildly uncomfortable and hard, and I had to purchase a mattress the next day so I could sleep.
