Hotel Anel

Excellent hotel. Great location

No problems

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s not just a hotel — it’s an art gallery with wonderful works by local artists. The breakfast was cozy and delicious, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. We travelled by car, and the parking is conveniently located near the metro station; it’s also just a 15‑minute walk to the city centre. We are very satisfied with our experience, and on our next trip to Sofia, we will definitely stay here again.

Hotel Anel exceeded all our expectations! Since our first stay, we have returned twice, and each time the hotel has impressed us even more. Excellent rooms, wonderful staff, a very good breakfast, and completely hassle-free parking. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They gave us useful information about the city, explained everything we needed to know, and quickly resolved any questions or issues we had during our stay. During our third stay, we also decided to try the hotel restaurant for dinner. It pleasantly surprised us with both its lovely atmosphere and delicious food. We had a truly wonderful meal, and the prices were very reasonable! Our impressions couldn't be more positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! We always remember our stays at Anel with warmth and the fondest memories. It's definitely a place we would love to return to again and again!

location is good. breakfast is good.

it is not a 5 star rating standard. all the 3 rooms we stayed have no dental kit. 1 room without water kettle and when ask for one kettle from the staff, the response is no more kettle. the next morning when we ask the front desk to provide the kettle and sadly the kettle is leaking one. my room phone is faulty. my room shower pipe is leaking. front desk staff is not professional and polite.
