There are many beautiful places, but not all of them make you feel welcome. Throughout my stay, I always felt the staff were naturally and sincerely helpful. That's what made the experience different.

Our second time at Panhou Retreat and we completely agree with the great reviews - absolutely recommended !
I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.
Many thanks to Ms.Hien for organizing our day hikes with a local guide.
She did everything possible and more to ensure we had a perfect time and a memorable stay.
We will be back !

Even though I only stayed one night, I felt like I was on a longer vacation. Perhaps it's because the pace of life here is very slow. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and the grounds were well-maintained. It's a shame I didn't get to go trekking and explore the surrounding villages.

Everything exceeded expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The scenery was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the resort was kept clean. A big plus was the sense of privacy and relaxation that not many places can offer. I loved this and will definitely return if I have the chance to visit Vietnam again.
