Love staying here. Great staff great spacious rooms (for nyc). Wonderful location. However this trip, the air conditioning in the lobby/hallways/elevator was out of service for the entire almost week of my stay. I felt particularly bad for the staff who had to sit & work in those areas during a heatwave. This wouldn’t have been so bad, except 1 of the 2 elevators on the premises was also out of service the entire stay. During busy hours it took an extremely long time to go up or down & the housekeeping team was also traveling using the same elevator having to bring many items along with them. (Not their fault.) Hampton Inn please fix the air conditioning & elevator for the sake of your staff & guests.

Great location. Nice place to stay. Easy access to many grocery stores, if you are traveling with kids and large groups. Best staff!

Great central location, 23rd street subway station with minutes access to anywhere for $3 each. Super easy to use. It had a clean room and decent, filling breakfast. 3 hot food choices every morning that rotate day by day. Very American and enough to get your day started with the fresh coffee. Staff were top notch! Very very helpful, friendly and super informative. Would stay again!
