We liked Julietta. She worked above and beyond after our ferry got cancelled. She helped us find a taxi from Metochi to Kranidi. These locations were not on our itinerary. We had to get to the mainland to reach Athens without the ferry service. She followed our steps, messaging us until we made it to Athens. We are grateful for this personal touch.
The high steps were difficult for my friends to het to the rooftop garden where we had our breakfast. Do not bring heavy suitcases since you need haul them up those steps.

The room was beautiful - overlooking the harbour - bright airy. Well thought out.
The entrance steps are covered in pigeon mess - walk carefully to avoid . The staff do wash down every morning but then you have wet pigeon mess! Also very very noisy on Friday (& presumably Saturday nights and during high season) with bar / club underneath which pumped music until 6am. One pair of earplugs in the bathroom - two of us staying !

At the port
The stairs and the fact that staff won’t help out with luggage- because many stairs is one thing , step stairs are another. Should be disclosed and mentioned on the booking page. Not suitable for old people / or people with heart conditions or back issues.
