I would go back in a heartbeat!
Con’s: Check in was weird because I booked it here on Expedia but they “upgraded” me to the newer part of the resort where my band didn’t work in any of the restaurants on that side but it got me everything in the area where I booked. Anytime I ordered a drink I’m not totally sure they understood what I was saying and just gave me what they thought I was saying. There wasn’t anything to do really after the pools closed at 8pm. They had shows like once a week so that was disappointing.
Pros: we didn’t have to wait until 3 to have access to the resort just the room which was nice after a morning of traveling, our shower was flooding and they fixed it promptly, when booking excursions they were helping finding transportation, they have an app that shows you what is open when and a schedule for activities happening throughout the day, the food was great, the people were so nice! It was my first resort and worth every penny!
