Room was clean, only had one bug come into the room and was easy enough to put outside.
Staff were friendly, I forget there names but the people who waited on me and at reception were friendly, polite and helpful.
Nice and peaceful and onsen was great.
Loved the food here, it was the best food I ate in my month long trip to Japan and would 100% come back here

This is a boutique hotel located in Shima Onsen. The hotel has three private onsen baths and two public baths, located near town. The staff speaks English and are always friendly and polite.

Staff was incredibly professional and super nice and welcoming. Even though our arrival was delayed and after checking time, we notified the hotel by mail and there was no issue. We even made it for dinner which was amazing!
Can’t wait to be back. Thanks to everyone for all your hard work :)
