There is a pool at this condo but you have to ask if it’s functioning/available, when we stayed for a week it was locked off the whole time. The condo location is perfect for day trips to other islands via ferry or renting a car to explore Old San Juan and the rainforest. There are great food options within walking distance. Waking up overlooking the ocean sunrise was the best part of this unit’s location. We swam in the ocean every day. The condo cleanliness was fair upon arrival. The shower handle was broken when we arrived, and host did offer to replace it. The biggest frustration in our week was the host left 6 shower towels for 4 adult guests for 7 days. At 2 showers per day (washing off the ocean), that required me to do laundry down on the ground floor mid-week. The host left a laundry card with 2.00 on it. It costs 6.00 per wash, 6.00 per dry, so we spent 10.00 to launder bath linens and beach towels 4 days after our arrival. I don’t mind doing laundry inside any unit, however having to pay for it and watching your laundry 6 floors down outside of the unit was inconvenient. We had 4 adults in this unit. Limited seating at times for kicking back & relaxing after exploring all day. Also, if anyone has mobility concerns plan to drive to access the beach down by the kiosks. The condo does have direct beach access but it requires use of a long, steep stairway, the only way to access the beach from the condo.

The condo was the perfect size for us. Very clean and well equipped. The location is walkable to many restaurants and other beaches.

Walking to restaurants and the beach was not a problem. The beach at the unit was great as well as the ocean/beach views.from the balcony of the unit.

The condo is clean, updated, with everything you need. Easy check in process. As stated in the info from the host, the building is older, outdated, but safe and has a lot character. The condo itself has been completely renovated. The view is amazing. Just know, the local surfers make managing the waves right outside the condo easy- the rip currents are actually fairly impressive in this area! To swim, we went down the beach a bit by all the kiosks- was great. Local food and people were great!
