This beach apartment is what you and your family are looking for a tropical getaway. The palm trees and the view to the ocean will take your breath away. The apartment is on the second floor of a three story building, a short walk up a set of stairs. You can walk out from the building to one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico. We are 25 miles from the San Juan airport and 30 miles from Old San Juan, nearby Rio Grande offers casinos and fine dining. Fajardo is within 15 minutes where you find natural attractions such as Las Cabezas de San Juan and the famous Bioluminescent Bay. El Yunque, not to be missed if you enjoy cascades, rainforest and hiking is only 15 minutes away. Supermarkets, banking, drug stores and restaurants are within walking distance.
This apartment is a three bedroom / two bath, perfect for families who enjoy nature and want a relaxing and stress free vacation. The master bedroom has king sized bed, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The master bedroom also has its own master bath with a shower tub. The second bedroom has two full sized beds, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The third bedroom has two single beds, ceiling fan and a wall A/C unit. The second bathroom is located right next to the bedrooms, in the hallway.

Good communication with host/her contact person. This place felt like a home away from home because there were thoughtful touches (decorations, supplies:first aid, beach stuff). I was thankful there was a high chair and playpen available since we traveled with our baby. The view of the beach from the apartment made it feel like we were on vacation. I loved being able to clean off the sand in the outdoor shower before coming back to the apartment. The only con I can think of right now is that the internet is slow or didn't work at times. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay. Thank you!!

The location of the property was practically unbeatable with a jaw-droppingly beautiful view. The host was very communicative. We really appreciated the beach chairs and other beach items that the host provided. The one big drawback was that the electric stove was old with one heating element not working and another that was too slanted to be useful. Also, the door to the master bedroom could not be closed and locked.Regardless, it was a wonderful property in a wonderful location. I would very happily return there.

Our family had a wonderful holiday. Until we were pushed out at 10 am by surprise on the last day. We had planned to check out by 10:45 and the host sent a text at 7 am saying she needed us to leave to get ready for the next guest. It really put a damper on a wonderful week
