Harbourmaster

I booked into the hotel for a two night stay as a birthday gift for my wife and what we found was a wonderful experience. The room was ready early and was extremely clean, the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We also booked two reservations in the restaurant and I have to say the food was excellent and the breakfast each morning. The bar also had a great atmosphere. My only observation was that the room maybe could have done with a small fridge to keep the milk that was supplied cool overnight but this is only minor. We will definitely be staying again .

Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Complimentary afternoon refreshments a lovely touch. Quality of food at breakfast and dinner excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed stay with the staff totally committed to you. One issue that people with mobility issues should be aware of is that they have rooms up 2/3flights of stairs in a spiral configuration (although carpeted), and they should ensure when booking that they are not allocated these 3/4 rooms. (once up there the view the harbour is superb!!) Rooms clean and checked if you require every day, and the food excellent. The free coffee and cake to guests every afternoon was an added bonus. Would recommend it.

From check in to check out my trip was great, the location, the staff,the locals and the other guest made my trip memorable. Thanks again to all the staff at The Harbourmaster. X
