The staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting with tour bookings, airport transfers and general queries. The breakfast was amazing, with great views from the rooftop terrace. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city centre, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Overall, a great base for exploring Istanbul!
The cave room gets quite stuffy at times, and if you suffer from sinus issues, the air can leave your nose feeling dry. Air conditioning is available, which helps.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Great room, beautiful courtyard and super views of the balloons and the town from the terrace. Location was also excellent and the breakfast was delicious.

It’s in the heart of Göreme and the staff is very nice and helpful! They support us with the parking of our car and they were really taking care of us. My family and myself we had a great time.
It needs a bit update in the rooms and toilet. You can hear the noise from the outside.
