Room was small with no view

The location was excellent, within easy walk of major attractions. The view from the room was excellent and the room was very comfortable and spacious. Reception staff were very helpful.

The waiting staff were a little slow at times, we had to ask twice on two occasions because they had forgotten our order !

Good location, the rooftop pool is nice. The walking tour was good. The staff on the rooftop were lovely and very attentive.

Attention to detail and customer service lacks, the rooms are basic. On arrival, we weren’t allowed to use the pool or the rooftop due to a private party which was frustrating as this was the main reason for booking the hotel and we were only there there for three nights. We had booked an upgraded room (comfort room), but the DJ booth was directly underneath it. No understanding from the staff or offer of an apology. The hotel is expensive for what it is. They have a DJ Thursday to Friday on the rooftop, the hotel doesn’t have a luxury feel, the reception desk is busy and not a very relaxing experience. Our room didn’t get cleaned until 5pm each day, which was an awkward time as we would be coming back at that time to shower prior to dinner.
