It was an apartment in a residential building. It was clean and spacious. The balcony was big plus. The choice of vouchers for breakfast in coffee shops nearby was great. The apartment was equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. We could use the iron and the hairdryer which were in the apartment. City center can be reached by 20 minutes walking or by metro/tram for 10 minutes.
Safe neighbourhood with contemporary infrastructure.
The wi fi was really weak 20 Mbits/sec. No coffee maker although sachets of instant coffee and a hot pot were provided. No shampoo is provided. No cleaning service. I had to go to ask for shower gel and new towels.

Fantastic location, clean apartment, very comfortable bed, safety and guard in the building. Amazing breakfast served at the local restaurants.
Ugly view on other wall of the other building; the apartment could be a bit bigger.

The location was excellent and easily accessible by both taxi and public transport. The surrounding area was calm and peaceful, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance.
Most of the items in the apartment appeared to be quite worn out, particularly the dishwasher and cupboards. The furniture was also dusty, and the cushion covers did not appear to have been cleaned properly. Overall, the apartment would benefit from better maintenance and more thorough cleaning. The intercom was also not working.

What we did like was that the apartment was not too far from the tram stop and a metro line. It was in a safe area. It had a washer, which is always a plus. There is a convenience store and some restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good at the cat cafe.
The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The AC did not sufficiently cool the unit. It was too hot. There are no blackout curtains, so light comes streaming in as early as 3:30 am in the summer. We were staying on a weekend and it was pretty noisy outside. We had to keep windows open because the unit was hot…so that brought in a lot of noise from weekend social gatherings. The property looks newer on the outside, but was a little sad on the inside. Though the apartment served its purpose, some basic maintenance was needed.
