Almost everything, very good breakfast…
The pillows. Awful pillows made my sleep uncomfortable and that is one of the things a hotel is mainly used for.

The staff were friendly and efficient.
The breakfast was amazing and the gym was equipped extremely well!
The room was very spacious
I don’t know why carpets are still a thing in the big 2026. I definitely had one of the older rooms and the carpet looked worn and dirty. The bathroom, although decently clean, has seen better days. Chipped cabinets, yellowed caulking in the shower.
I also did not enjoy the AC was controlled centrally and the room was quite cold.

Most rooms are on a higher level which allows for views over the city. There were yea /coffee making facilities (only a tiny selection of tea/coffee) and a fridge. Complimentary bottled water still & sparkling was also a nice touch. There was an iron and board in the room too. The breakfast was incredible with a vast choice of tasty fresh hot and cold food and drinks, which was often replenished. The staff here were super efficient.
Complimentary flavoured water and bowls of apples were available in the foyer and bar area.
The front check-in/out area was constantly understaffed for the amount of people with issues / queries or checking in or out. Staff were perfunctory but impersonal.
The room we were designated was big but basic and in need of refurbishment. There are very few plug sockets and none that close to the bed. The bathroom smelled of drains and the shower flooded easily. There was only one product for hair/body alongside a soap.
The rooms were also a little noisy from other staff/guests/doors closing. And also street noise if you had the window open even a small bit.
