App based entry very easy and convenient. We actually also locked ourselves out and SWEETS answered a call immediately and we regained access very quickly. Very impressed.

The location was excellent!!! Close to public transportation!! The view of the canal was exceptional. Cleaver use of space as well as very nice finishes!
The graffiti on the building was definitely a turn off. First impression gave me an uneasy feeling. I felt a bit vulnerable after the 11pm bang/knock at the front door. We do realize that was most likely a random occurrence.

Such a unique spot!!
If you’re not okay with smaller spaces, this is not for you.
