Helped arrange driver & made our experience 10 times better than it would have been otherwise
Views from the room are nothing like you would find at any other places in skardu city
Bathroom had an odor & maybe needs Vacuum of the carpets ( I experienced dust allergy all over the skardu due to dust storms so I won't hold against this property)
But host is very responsive, kind, and helps you immediately if any concerns.

Superb location, warm-hearted hospitality and traditional ambience, personal attention by the wonderful owner Rashid Sb. Staff extremely helpful and always available, topped by tasty breakfast before we headed out to our next location!

Excellent host and at this price it is high value for money
Bit far from the city. Its in the middle of the desert.

the location was great - at the edge of a desert, surrounded by stunning views of mountains. The place was clean, rustic and quiet.
the photos/description suggested that it's a proper hotel with a range of services. Instead, it's a tiny place - a homestay with lots of electricity interruptions, poor internet, minimal services, no English speakers. It is located at the end of a residential area, difficult to find, especially due to poor internet connection in the area. We couldn't reach them by phone either.
