KOKO HOTEL Osaka Shinsekai

Very clean, very friendly staff, great location as a tourist (though when visiting again, I'd want to be slightly further north, closer to Dotonbori and Nippombashi).

Eco room service days are a bit confusing, e. g. because there are signs that you can put on the door saying that you don't need a towel change... But then you won't get one either way if you don't put the towels outside your room first. Seems redundant to me. Room looks a bit dated and there's not even space to open one medium sized check-in suitcase. Then again this is more of a business hotel where the in-room desk might make a lot more sense for non-tourist visitors. I knew what I was getting into after all and as a solo traveler it's great.

Room a bit small when you have big luggages

The room was very clean and pajamas were provided. Staff were kind and efficient.

There were no stairs. The pillows were also a bit firm.
