The staff was highly professional and available to assist us. Perfect position very close to main public transportations as tram and ferries; moreover, the room was perfect but it should be better isolated from noises coming from the adjacent street.
Unfortunately we had a problem with the transfer arranged by the hotel to come back in the airport; the driver was in delay and at the end we used a taxi. Without this unforeseen, our evaluation was a 10 without doubts!

Wonderful location, friendly staff. The location can't be beat; you're close to almost everything I could find in the city. The location is a bit crowded, but very safe and convenient. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms have amazing views and were comfortable.
The area is very convenient but a little bit loud. Lots of traffic noise during rush hour. Safe and convenient though.

Great view. The view was extraordinarily, Get a top floor
Hotel staff only interested to get commissions from their selected tours. When you refuse they just ignore you, but they are nice enough. Air conditioner hardly worked. DO not take their airport transport. Waited 20 minutes at the airport for a dirty van with no seatbelts. . Overall a bit overpriced for what you get.
