- The staff is very welcoming and helpful, always willing to provide assistance when needed.
- The room was very spacious, elegant, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room also has soundproof windows, although the surrounding streets are already very quiet.
- Breakfast is very good, with a wide variety of options, allowing you to choose whatever you like most.
- The location is great. Shin-Osaka Station is just a few blocks away, making it very convenient to access the metro and move easily around the city. It is also very convenient for taking Shinkansen and JR trains to and from Osaka.
- The hotel restaurant is also available for lunch and dinner, which is very convenient.
The windows provide good soundproofing, although it could be slightly better. You can occasionally hear the sirens of emergency vehicles from outside. However, the noise is not particularly disruptive, and you are still able to get a good night’s rest.

Staff was very helpful. Shuttle service was prompt and helpful
Double room was quite small. The bed on one side was directly against the wall, making getting out of bed difficult. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Bathroom was well appointed and clean.

"Le confort des lits et la chambre spacieuse. On se sent moins compressé par rapport aux hôtels de Tokyo.
Personnel professionnel et agréable
On est à 14 min à pied de la gare d’Osaka et du métro"
