Perfect for great night of sleep near the airport. Comfy mattress, received an upgrade to a very spacious room with kitchenette and huge bathroom. Pool offered a nice break too.
Pay attention to maintenance like broken bedside socket, room was a bit too dark even with all lights on
It’s not an area I would normally choose for a stay in dubai though.
The auto message AFTER booking stating pool undergoes maintenance during lunch and that buffet breakfast is suspended should actually be a disclaimer during the booking process.

Exceptional value for what we paid. We were upgraded to a large studio on arrival. The property is very well maintained, conveniently located, and has plenty of restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was the same all four days. Rotating the items would have been a nice touch, though at under USD 100 a night it was not a deal breaker.

Basement parking, free upgrade of our rooms
Very Disappointing Service
I requested rooms next to each other 3 days before check-in because my toddler would be staying with our nanny. Arun repeatedly insisted there were no available rooms and was very unaccommodating. Fortunately, another Filipino staff member assisted us and immediately arranged what we requested.
Even during check-out, Arun was unhelpful and did not assist us. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. Management should seriously look into this.
