Hotel Marconi

The welcome at check in and the spacious and very comfortable lounge and bar. Lifts to our floor and a beautiful room with a grand bed and bed head. The bathroom was very clean convenient. The view from the window looks out into the bell tower of the church outside. The ninth floor rooftop bar afforded us nightly Negronis and caring and diligent service. Views of the moon were a bonus. The location is fabulous, Milano Centrale close by, trams to the Duomo two steps away; they also run to the last supper. I nearly forgot to mention the wonderful breakfast room and luscious breakfast buffet.

There was nothing to dislike about the property.

Easy access to public transport and great restaurants close by

No tea/ coffee making capabilities

Friendly, professional reception and breakfast staff. Clean, comfortable room, nice linens, elegant marble throughout hotel. Excellent choice if traveling to or from Centrale train station. Hotel is a pleasant but longer walk to Brera and popular tourist sites, or metro/tram/taxi options are easy and nearby.

Nothing to dislike.

They ran out of breakfast items both days we were there and told us we should have come earlier. We got down to breakfast before 0900AM and breakfast went until 1000AM daily supposedly.
