We loved the room and just how friendly everyone was. Daniele, our host really made an effort to make sure we had a great experience in Florence: helping us understand what the tourist areas are and where we could go to experience the local vibe. He helped us book restaurants and gave us tips about the museums and attractions worth seeing and what we could skip.

We had such a lovely time! The property and room had so much charm and character! Very well maintained and elevator access. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and they provided clear instructions on how to get to property and check in/out. It made our stay stress free which was so nice. We appreciated snacks and water always being available, and the fridge for storing food.
