Convenience
Not too clean, some urine smell
Cleaning lady not very pleasant and she should have been better to tell me I can put my bag down stairs which I already have prior request. She give me the feelings I am not the race she likes to welcome but after seeing my son waiting downstairs, she soften her approach

Great location in Gion district. No hills involved to walk in the area.!!
Lovely clean room, very spacious for Japan. Modern bathroom & quiet dwelling. It was a delight to stay here. Owner very quick to respond to messages.
