All good. Self check in. Pasquale sent very clear video instructions. Room to park the car on nearby pavement before returning to airport car hire literally around the corner. The room had kettle & microwave, comfy bed and good shower. 10 min walk to the terminal.

It was a good place to stay before a flight, about 10 minutes walk to the airport.
The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean - the basics for a basic stay.
The communication with the host was clear, we got all the info and a video by Whatsapp.
The entrance to the building was harder than a vault in the bank. In addition to two code combination to enter the building and the room, we needed a coin to go up and down the elevator.
