angenehm großes Appartement in einem Wohnhaus; sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber; schnelles WLAN und öffentlicher Nahverkehr direkt von der Tür
recht hellhörig; nur 1 kleines Fenster für gesamte Wohnung; ohne Vorwarnung war am 2.Tag das Wasser abgestellt & ab abends + nä. Tag gab es nur kaltes Wasser (Vermieter zeigte sich hierauf allerdings kulant); Klimaanlage lief auch nur unzuverlässig

Questo appartamento merita il massimo dei voti, sia per la posizione, molto comoda per visitare la città e partecipare ai concerti allo stadio di Bologna, sia per la pulizia, e sia per la cortesia di Antonio che è stato gentilissimo sin dal primo contatto. Si trovano anche con facilità dei parcheggi di fianco all'appartamento, sulla via Saffi.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped - we found everything we needed for our short stay. The location was perfect too - 20 min walk from the city centre, lots of shops and cafes around, and the neighbourhood was very quiet and calm. Would definitely recommend it!

Host (Antonio) gentile e molto disponibile, posizione ottima (a poco più di 20 minuti,a piedi, dal centro) ed appartamento very, very "cozy": caldo e confortevole con coccole quali macchina per caffè con capsule e biscotti. Prese elettriche e ripiani per ciascun ospite, così come sedie e spazio negli armadi. Bagno comodo e l'intero appartamento è arredato con buon gusto.
Materasso troppo morbido per i miei gusti (ma è una cosa soggettiva) ma che non pregiudica assolutamente il sonno.
