The staff we encountered were great, the guy who checked us in and the lady doing breakfast . The breakfast was plentiful and delicious . The room was cosy but clean and comfortable with a modern clean shower room .There is a field next to the property ideal for walking the dog. Good value for what we paid.
There was some chatting and music outside our window which kept us awake . It is an old renovated building with some seriously creaky floors. Would generally benefit from some upgrading decoration wise.

It was very close to the wedding venue. The staff couldn’t do enough fir you 😊
The stairs very steep to the rooms. Carpets and decorations are tired looking, needs updating.

Room was very clean bed was comfortable. Paid extra £10 each for breakfast which was excellent.
We couldn’t give an exact arrival time as we were travelling from Kent. There wasn’t anyone around when we arrived, had to call a mobile number, someone arrived and wanted to charge us an extra £10 if we booked in at 1pm instead of 3pm. There wasn’t any facilities at the b&b. We were expecting a hotel. We didn’t pay £10 so left and came back after 3. Not exactly what you wanted after a 3 hour drive.
