Nice, newish apartment with everything you could need, good location pretty close to the CBD
The entry via app wasn't too painful but I had to put in a lot more effort pre-trip to make sure it was smooth. Also the car park spots are quite small.

Great location. Walking distance from tram stop and few good spots for breakfast nearby and also if you are driving, there are good breakfast places on Unley road
Mattress a bit too soft for our liking. And there was a bit of smell that came from drain after showering.

The location was fantastic and the apartment was great.
Just some small suggestions. There was no salt or pepper, needs some normal glasses as only wine glasses present. We noticed the knife block needed a clean.

Excellent location for our needs. Close to public transport, shops and a great choice of restaurants. Secure on-site parking easy to access.
The small details let Grow down; cabinet laminate edges that had begun to peel away, blinds that were fraying, dust, fluff and scuff marks on floors. Haier washer dryer very inefficient and couldn't keep to time (the final 1 minute took 10+ minutes). Bed was way too soft. And the digital key did my head in - took 30 minutes to get it to work!

"The location was perfect for our needs.
The layout of the apartment was great and we loved the balcony and deep bath. There are a range of restaurants right nearby."
