Bathroom was clean and easy to check in. Close to Shinjuku station. Quiet area.
Sheets smelled like sweat, we requested a change and they said they had no other sets. Wifi was very weak. Kitchen had basic utensils and no flat plates, only little bowls they use in restaurants to provide the white rice so if you want to have a big meal, you have to eat 3-4times using that small bowl. No chopping board/frying pan either. You can tell they never actually lived at the place.
