Everything was absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful selection of fresh, local, and homemade products. The room was extremely clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. Solaiman was exceptional—extremely helpful, kind, attentive, and professional throughout our entire experience. He was always friendly and welcoming, made sure everything was taken care of, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. His positive attitude and genuine willingness to help made a big difference. We truly appreciated his excellent service and would be very happy to recommend him. Thank you, Solaiman, for making our experience so enjoyable! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great riad-type boutique hotel in the old town, exceptional rooms, great staff. Our concierge, Solaiman was always there for us. I have only praise for him and his colleagues.

Solaiman and Zakaria warmly and enthusiastically showed care for us as guests. For example, Solaiman went to look for and helped us to retrieve a backpack we had left near the taxi area and Zakaria patiently showed me how to open the room door by applying a little pressure until the door handle could be replaced.

The room door was difficult to unlock and open from the inside, however, Solaiman and Zakaria promptly came to assist when they heard we were having difficulty with the door handle.

Very clean and very friendly staff.

Only the water pressure might run low if the rooftop pool is turning on.
