As expected, two small apartments merged into one, two bathrooms and two little balconies minutes from chamonix center
A parking badge was given to us which was a plus
The communication with the agency was annoying
Sent me 15+ messages
Asked for a deposit which is unusual for booking.com and the platform used was dodgy (two prices, Less deposit was asked for if you give them permission to take money as they see fit from your deposit). Messages were threatening to not give the keys if the deposit wasn’t paid
In the end didn’t pay the deposit - further to a call to the management company and after contacting booking.com and it was all fine except for numerous messages giving instructions which are not needed
Please simplify the communication
